Week 1: Discovery (Intro, Research, Identify, Define)

  • Welcome to the incubator

  • Overview of entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurial process

  • Defining the problem for your business

  • Select teams and define roles 

  • Retrospective on Sprint #1

Week 2: Ideation (Brainstorm and Select)

  • Board meeting on brainstorming

  • Stealing vs. Inspiration

  • Finalize idea for business

  • Ideate brand names and logos

  • Retrospective on Sprint #2

Week 3: Prototype (MVP and Branding)

  • Board meeting on prototyping

  • What is a Minimum Viable Product (MVP)?

  • Review case studies of famous prototypes

  • Begin prototyping business idea

  • Retrospective on Sprint #3

Launch (Iterate, Portfolio, and Pitch)

  • Board meeting on pitching and documentation

  • Understanding SWOT analysis

  • Complete pitch deck and pitch ideas to actual VCs
